Corporate & M&A
Our Corporate and M&A group advises on the full transaction lifecycle — from preliminary structuring and due diligence to negotiation, signing, regulatory clearance, and post-closing integration. With lawyers qualified in more than fifteen jurisdictions, we handle cross-border transactions of every scale and complexity.
We act for strategic acquirers, private equity sponsors, management teams, founders, and boards. Our approach is direct and commercially focused: we identify risk clearly, explain options honestly, and execute with precision. Where others add process, we add clarity.
